My goodness! This is really translation with unique Chinese characteristics. Please pay attention to cultural differences. If you are familiar with the way westerners promote their business or advertise their services, you should know how to re-phrase your English version to make sure your translated version will not look awkward for the real intended English audience.

To me, the last line is actually redundant. Westerners are familiar with the concept of 24-hour room service. No need to emphasize the prompt delivery as it is expected anyway. Chinese standard of service is giving 24-hour service a different definition as they cannot keep up to that promise.

So, "You can place your order anytime for prompt delivery to your own room. " can be removed after all.
